Role- Data Center Senior Project ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end management of large-scale data center construction projects (> $50M).Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution with full accountability.Manage and coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, design teams, and vendors.Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Drive project delivery while maintaining scope, quality, budget, and timeline.Provide strong leadership in MEP and HVAC systems design, integration, and commissioning.Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues quickly.Report regularly to stakeholders and senior leadership on progress, challenges, and financials.Requirements8+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 5+ years in data center projects.Proven track record of managing projects over $50M in size and complexity.Strong background in MEP and HVAC systems design, coordination, and commissioning.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
