Finance Director M3 - Work Dynamics - JLLWhat this job involves:As a Finance Director M3 within JLL's Work Dynamics business line, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making for our client finance operations. This senior leadership position combines deep financial expertise with business partnership acumen to support JLL's mission of shaping the future of real estate for a better world.You will oversee complex financial operations, lead high-performing teams, and provide critical insights that enable our clients to optimize their workplace strategies and real estate investments. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on both JLL's growth trajectory and our clients' success while working at the forefront of workplace transformation.What your day-to-day will look like:Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Delta client portfolio within the Work Dynamics business linePartner with senior leadership and client stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance and business insights that drive decision-makingOversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statementsManage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development opportunitiesAnalyze complex financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across client accountsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technology, and Client Services to support business growth initiatives and operational excellencePresent financial performance updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key client stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred Minimum 1--12 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role managing teamsProven expertise in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a corporate or client services environmentStrong knowledge of US GAAP, financial controls, and regulatory compliance requirementsAdvanced proficiency in financial systems and tools including ERP platforms, advanced Excel modeling, and business intelligence softwareExceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing finance teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse stakeholder audiencesPreferred Qualifications:Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services industryKnowledge of Work Dynamics, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate servicesExperience with client-facing finance roles and managing multiple client relationships simultaneouslyFamiliarity with project finance, lease accounting, and real estate financial modelingExperience with financial system implementations and process improvement initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing prioritiesLocation:On-site –Atlanta, GAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
