Your days will involve:
- Developing tailored ABA treatment plans that reflect each child's unique strengths.
- Conducting assessments and tracking progress with real-time data analysis.
- Supervising and supporting a dedicated team of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians).
- Building meaningful partnerships with families to ensure cohesive care.
- Embracing opportunities for continued learning and staying up-to-date with ABA best practices.
- Active BCBA certification and AZ LBA license (required).
- Experience in hybrid or in-home ABA settings.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
