Position Summary

As a PM Prep Cook, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly during the evening hours. From prepping fresh ingredients to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, you'll be the backbone of our culinary operations. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of the dishes we serve and the satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
  • Assist in setting up and stocking kitchen stations for evening service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed during service hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a prep cook or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen tools, techniques, and food preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
