Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the credit and collections function to ensure timely and accurate cash flow and minimize bad debt exposure.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain credit policies, procedures, and controls aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage customer credit risk assessments, including establishing and reviewing credit limits and terms.
  • Analyze accounts receivable trends, provide reporting to leadership, and recommend strategies to improve performance.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the credit and collections cycle.
  • Role is composed of 75% credit analysis, management of the collection team, internal reporting of dashboards/analytics and 25% of collections for escalated items.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive credit, collections, or AR management experience—preferably in construction, services, or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
