Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiver to join our warehouse team. The Receiver will be responsible for managing the incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Duties

  • Maintaining a clean an organized warehouse and yard.
  • Receiving and storing of equipment.
  • Assisting in filling order for timely jobsite deliveries.
  • Identify, label, and process returned material from job sites, including timely and accurate putaway of received inventory
  • Assisting in answering overflow calls and taking material orders.
  • Securing the warehouse and yard at the end of everyday.
  • Perform periodic cycle counts and assist in yearly physical count.
  • Responsible for the efficient receiving and stocking of materials, verifying accuracy, and ensuring products are placed in proper storage locations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain stocking bin locations for inventory tracked items. This includes accurate and clear identification of stocking bins, proper stocking of specific items in their respective bin locations, and continual monitoring of mis-identified items for correct inventory tracking
  • Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures.
  • Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
