Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Support catering events by preparing food items as directed.
- Help with inventory management by checking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cooking techniques and knife skills is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Experience in meal preparation, food handling, or serving is beneficial.
