Job Description:

We are growing rapidly and looking to hire an individual who is eager to be part of our team to help ensure the company's success and continued growth. The operations manager is responsible for all aspects of the lawn maintenance division, including supervising multiple crews, ensuring quality control for our clients, managing sales (both new and enhancements), and scheduling. The position requires the individual to have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential lawn maintenance and snow operations. The individual must be able to immediately begin working with our existing clients for the upcoming season.

Qualifications (include but are not limited to):

· Ability to oversee a Landscape maintenance portfolio of million dollars.

· Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently to ensure that the lawn maintenance division is efficient and profitable

· Identify and target prospective new clients such as HOAs, property managers, retail centers, medical/ office, and multi-site portfolios.

· Create bids and contracts.

· Ability to multitask while using proper time management techniques to ensure tasks are completed with efficiency and accuracy

· Ability to work well with other team members and management.

· Assist crew members to set& meet goals while maintaining quality services.

· Ability to interview potential crew members, onboard and train as needed.

· Ability to be able to adhere to set company policies and work with other managers to create new company policies that benefit our team, company, and clients.

· Eager to assist other team members in various roles as needed.

· Lead and work with new and existing crew members positively and professionally.

· Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.

· Schedule crew members daily, weekly, and monthly while being able to adjust the schedule as needed to meet clients' needs.

· Ensure team members are properly using company trucks and equipment.

· Work with the in-house mechanic to ensure scheduled maintenance of equipment.

· Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Order and inventory materials as needed.

· Provide annual lawn maintenance, enhancement, and snow estimates/contracts to clients quickly and accurately.

· Complete work orders daily to ensure timely billing.

· Approve team members' time daily for proper weekly payroll

· Participate in weekly management meetings, which include contributing with positive and creative ideas to improve all aspects of the business.

· Work with Owner and CFO for budgets, employee pay rates, and equipment needs.

· Must be available hours outside the normal work week seasonally or during winter storms.

Pay: $80, $90,000.00 per year
