Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience & Client Relations: Be the face of the spa, ensuring every client feels heard, pampered, and thrilled with their experience. Create an environment where service and excellence are the standard.
• Team Leadership & Development: Cultivate an environment of empowerment, support, and growth. Lead by example and inspire the team to exceed expectations. No drama, just passion, focus and collaboration.
• Innovative Marketing & Social Media Savvy: Bring your creativity  Utilize social media, events, and partnerships to spotlight our services and attract new clients.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations with diligence and efficiency.  Keep an eye on the details: inventory, scheduling and compliance, so that everything runs seamlessly.
• Financial Management & Growth Strategy: Meet and exceed revenue goals by leveraging your strategic acumen. Control costs, boost revenue and keep the spa thriving.
• Special Events & Community Engagement: Plan and execute events that generate buzz and elevate the spa's reputation in the community.

Your Background:

• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role in a high-end spa or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of spa services, aesthetics and wellness, with the ability to consult on treatment options and plans.
• Experience in social media and digital marketing is a plus, think Instagram campaigns, engaging reels and savvy content creation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage conflicts with grace and professionalism.

Experience:

• Med Spa / Spa management: 3 years (Required)
• Using a booking system like Zenoti: 1 year (Preferred)
