Are you a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) looking to start your own private practice or grow your existing one? Verse is here to help you accept insurance, grow your caseload, and build a thriving business—with full support every step of the way.

After successfully empowering almost 100 therapists to launch and scale their private practices, Verse is now piloting Applied Behavior Analysis —and we're looking for experienced, entrepreneurial BCBAs in Texas to join us.

We offer a complete "business-in-a-box" solution so you can focus on care while we handle the rest. That includes insurance credentialing, billing, marketing support, AI-powered EHR, admin help, and more.

Verse supports you by providing:

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Active state licensure and BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Willingness and ability to independently conduct evaluations, including functional behavior assessments and behavior identification assessments
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-certification experience providing ABA services
  • Strong clinical skills in behavior assessment, functional analysis, and treatment planning across diverse populations
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and a desire to shape the future of ABA service delivery
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in the business and operational aspects of private practice
