Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual that's looking to grow with this small family-owned business. The office Admin will help coordinate and assist with customer service and order requests.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Help with customer service by answering the phone and responding to emails.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
