Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves repairing a wide range of electronic devices, including computers, phones, tablets, game consoles, and custom gaming PCs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, an ability for troubleshooting, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quick and efficient repairs on a variety of electronic devices while upholding the high-quality standards of Computer Cave.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with computers and mobile devices.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Interact with customers to provide updates and explanations regarding repairs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless service experience.

- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Prior experience in computer and mobile device repair is preferred.
