What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Managing a high volume of emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Overseeing calendar management for bankers at the Associate level and above
- Coordinating room bookings and video conferences across multiple locations
- Booking complex travel arrangements, including international flights, accommodations, and visa applications
- Processing and managing expense reports accurately and efficiently
- Providing phone and holiday coverage for colleagues when needed
- Supporting bankers with day-to-day needs, tasks, and ad hoc projects
