Job Description
Your role in the success of our company is to become an integral part of our unique patient experience as an Assistant Administrator to our clinical staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like EMR, MS Excel and office equipment. Experience in the Medical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Working within Electronic Medical Records system (Our system: OPIE )
  • Front Desk – Patient Check In and Check Out
  • Administrative support to clinical staff
  • Checking insurance benefits/authorizations
  • Communicating with medical professionals and gathering documentation in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on collection of documentation, prescribing physician's office and medical professionals
  • Assist in medical billing process
