What you can expect from YESCO:
- Starting salary: $115,000 yearly + Commission
- Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Work Type: Hybrid (in-office, remote, and in-field opportunities)

A Day in the Life:
As the Director of Sales, you'll develop and execute the sales strategy for YESCO Outdoor Media's billboard network. You'll lead a team of Account Executives across multiple markets, helping them achieve sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Your work will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with advertising agencies, marketing directors, and business owners.
- Developing pricing, packaging, and inventory strategies that maximize revenue.
- Coaching sales teams on prospecting, client engagement, and proposal development.
- Collaborating with Operations, Administration, and Marketing to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to drive strategic growth.
- Representing YESCO at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.

What we're looking for in you:
- Proven sales leadership experience
- A track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to inspire, coach, and develop sales teams
- High degree of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong business acumen and understanding of advertising/marketing principles
- Deep understanding of advertising principles, media buying, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of CRM systems, pipelines, and data-driven decision-making
- Creative problem-solving and negotiation skills
- A valid driver's license, the ability to travel as needed, and a good driving record (MVR required)
Training & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in media, advertising, or related industries)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
- Master of Business Administration or other advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated success managing teams, budgets, and revenue growth goals
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems, cloud-based programs, the Google Suite, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable working in both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution environments
