Job Description Summary

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in audit and compliance, with a focus on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations. You will support the execution of our SOX program, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.

Primary Duties

• Assist in documenting and testing internal controls over financial reporting
• Participate in walkthroughs and process mapping exercises
• Support the execution of SOX testing activities under supervision
• Help maintain audit documentation using tools like AuditBoard
• Contribute to remediation tracking and control improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors
• Perform related work as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

• Strong interest in audit, compliance, and internal controls
• Basic understanding of SOX and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

Work Experience

• Completion of at least one internship or relevant work experience in auditing or accounting

We offer a competitive salary range of $46,000 to $63,250 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
