Job description

Hallmark Homecare is seeking experienced male caregivers with 8 or more years of caregiving experience. Our kind client is fully alert and able to let the caregiver what is needed. He needs assistance with the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care Assistance: Help with toileting, and hygiene needs.
  • Mobility Support: Assist with transfers using a wheelchair and walkers.
  • Medication reminders
  • Meal Preparation & Cooking: Prepare nutritious meals in line with a heart-healthy diet while incorporating the client's favorite foods
  • Food and drinks will need to be brought to her bed throughout the day.
  • Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized living space, including laundry, dishes, and changing bed linens.
  • Companionship & Engagement: Provide meaningful conversation, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 or more years of caregiving experience

  • CNA License

  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Excellent communication and empathy skills

Schedule:

5-7 days a week: Flexible Hours

Location: Grand Prairie
