We're seeking a full-time Recruiter to help us find the best and brightest talent—those who are ready to make an impact and align with our values of dedication, integrity, and family-centered care.

Position Summary:

As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates for a variety of clinical and administrative roles, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and support staff. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our team as we continue to expand our services and reach more families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain job postings across various platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for culture fit and qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring reports
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify staffing needs and refine hiring strategies
