We are established in several states, including Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. We sell a comprehensive line of gutter protection systems, gutters, and related services. We're looking for highly -motivated, disciplined and dedicated Sales Consultants who can help us grow our presence in new and existing markets. Whether you are a recent college graduate looking for a sales career or you have had a successful sales/consulting career, we are looking for individuals who are comfortable utilizing our consultative sales approach to solve problems and close deals. We will train and expose you to all aspects of our business. You will be responsible for meeting with homeowners at their residences to assess their situation and make recommendations to solve their gutter issues and proactively prevent further problems. We will provide you with daily pre -qualified set appointments. Your goal is to recommend the best solution for the customer, which when done efficiently will naturally lead you to exceed company goals to drive rapid and sustainable growth for you and the company. Some of the responsibilities include: Meeting with prospective clients and learning about the issues they're having with their guttersAssessing their unique situation by asking relevant questions Providing sound advice and making recommendations that solve the problems once -and -for -all Preparing estimates, delivering presentations, and showcasing our solutions in an interactive formatNegotiating and closing deals and preparing agreements for signatureUtilize technology to take photos of the prospect's home, sketch the gutters layout, measure gutters, assess the state of the current gutter system, and identify other issues that the homeowner may not be aware of that we can fix.Communicating with internal operations to have them handle installation, payment, follow -up etc.Use CRM (customer relationship management) to track and manage leads; convert leads to customers; log sales, schedule follow -ups, etc. Requirements Energetic and engaging communication skillsTechnologically proficient and comfortable using email, CRM, texting and web; MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and/or Google Docs Must be comfortable using a "consultative" selling processThorough understanding of or willingness to learn marketing and negotiating techniquesAbility to listen, ask probing questions, and provide recommendations based on real -time informationResourceful, self -motivated and results -drivenAptitude for delivering informative presentationsYou must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active auto insuranceWe are a smoke - and drug -free company Benefits • You will showcase the top performing, micro -mesh, gutter guard as seen on "The Ultimate Gutter Guard Challenge 2021" • Flexible hours/schedules • Work remotely from home, car and customer's homes • Attractive commission schedule; Pay -for -performance • Company iPad, work number and email address provided • Comprehensive Sales Training • No cold calling - Pre -qualified appointments • Advancement Opportunities • Equal Opportunity Employer
