SMACT Works seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations for its growing Oracle Cloud Technologies practice. This role focuses on operational execution and administrative coordination across all marketing functions, working closely with the Marketing Manager to implement campaigns, manage content workflows, maintain digital properties, and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support a mid-sized IT services organization serving customers in staffing, managed projects, and managed services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Development & Management

  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns
  • Write and edit marketing copy for various channels, including web pages, ads, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing content
  • Source and manage digital assets, including images, graphics, and videos
  • Maintain content library and asset management systems
  • Proofread and quality-check all marketing materials before publication
  • Repurpose existing content across multiple formats and channels

Digital Marketing Operations

  • Execute daily social media posting and community management across platforms
  • Monitor and respond to social media engagement and inquiries
  • Implement email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms
  • Update and maintain website content, working with technical development teams
  • Coordinate SEO and SEM activities, including keyword research and optimization
  • Track and report on digital marketing metrics and campaign performance

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Implement lead generation tactics, including email campaigns and form creation
  • Create sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and case studies
  • Coordinate webinar logistics, including registration, reminders, and follow-up
  • Support sales teams with marketing collateral requests and customization

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and industry developments
  • Compile competitive intelligence reports and maintain tracking documents
  • Monitor industry news and identify relevant opportunities for company visibility
  • Research and compile prospect lists for targeted campaigns
  • Gather customer testimonials and success story materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

· years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technology services

·      Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing abilities

·      Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems

·      Experience with email marketing platforms

·      Comfortable learning new technologies and marketing tools quickly

Technical Skills

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·      Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic graphic design

·      Basic understanding of SEO principles

·      Experience with social media management tools
