Busser / Dishwasher - Paschal's Restaurant - Atlanta, GA

Support the operation to deliver superior guest service by delivering food/beverages to guests and promptly removing dishes/glasses. Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing tables after guests completes their dining experience.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: * Help maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly. Keep the wash area clean and organized. * Deliver food to guests in a timely manner adhering to all company standards. * Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash. * Follow safe food handling and proper hygiene practices. * Adhere to workplace safety standards for operating and maintaining equipment and report any equipment malfunction to management immediately. * Coordinates the delivery of all food items within appropriate time standards. * Makes certain that every food item is accounted for. * Follows management's instructions and suggestions.

Education/Previous Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand during 6-10 hour shifts, and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.

Reaches, bends, stoops, shakes, stirs and wipes. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pound cases several times per shift and carries up one flight of stairs. May experience frequent immersion of hands in hot water (every 5 minutes).
