Well established, North Andover CPA firm is in need of a full-time tax preparer (EA, CPA or CPA candidate).

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and entering tax return data.
  • Preparing individuals, partnerships and businesses tax returns.
  • Working on compilation and review engagements.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports (federal and state).
  • Prepare annual Form 1098/1099s

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Familiarity with UltraTax CS, Fixed Assets CS, Accounting CS, Quick Books Desktop and On-Line, and Planner CS a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • 3–5 years of experience in completing individual and small corporate returns preferred.

This role will provide you with a flexible schedule and will allow you to work on a range of different tax entities.

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
