Commissioning Provider/ Project Manager
The Cx Provider/Project Manager will collaborate internally with our team and externally with other Project Team Members to successfully deliver fully-commissioned projects to our clients. A Project Manager's role is to oversee and manage Commissioning Projects from pre-construction through project close-out. They are accountable for all aspects of assigned projects and project success and may be responsible for multiple projects at one time. This position reports to the Cx Regional
Director.
General Duties:
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and clients both verbally and in writing.
- Develop commissioning scopes, fees, and project plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Review and interpret project documents, specifications, and schedules.
- Communicate contract scope, safety protocols, and regulations to project teams.
- Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects.
- Conduct design reviews and facilitate OPR workshops as needed.
- Create and update Commissioning Plans and test scripts (PFC, FPT, IST).
- Perform site visits, witness tests, and document observations.
- Lead commissioning meetings and manage issue resolution.
- Prepare Commissioning Reports and Systems Manuals.
- Support warranty walkthroughs, seasonal testing, and documentation updates.
- Collaborate with accounting for invoicing and financial tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of MEP construction, commissioning, and project management experience.
- Project Management, PE, and Building Commissioning certifications preferred.
- Experience with Cx Alloy and Building Automation Systems is a plus.
- Strong field experience and ability to interpret construction drawings and financial data.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Proven project management skills required.

- Highly organized with strong leadership and client service skills.
- Deep engineering knowledge, especially in the built environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects end-to-end.
- Skilled in handling sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledgeable in local energy codes and LEED commissioning requirements.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to bend and lift 30 lbs.
- Climb Stairs/Ladders
Location: Must be located in Georgia
