Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Zoom Elite Transportation, located in Lansing, IL. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. They will handle employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and managing performance reviews. Additionally, the role involves developing HR policies, conducting training sessions, and managing employee benefits and payroll.

  • Training and Development experience
  • Benefits and Payroll Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
