At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is an in-office position and you'll be expected to work full-time in an office location, and therefore must live within commuting distance from your assigned office. You will work from this office beginning on your first day.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC.

We are creating a new Senior Manager - Sales Operations & Growth Enablement role to accelerate the last mile of strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and unlock scalable growth. You'll act as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring strategy turns into execution that delivers measurable results. You'll lead programs, optimize processes, and bring rigor to operations so our sales organization can scale at speed.

This is not a role focused on managing a sales team directly. Instead, you'll be the growth enabler: the one who makes sure strategy lands, systems scale, and leaders succeed. You'll combine operational rigor with an innovative approach, ensuring GoDaddy doesn't just grow bigger, but grows smarter, faster, and stronger.

What you'll get to do...

  • Build and manage repeatable sales operating rhythms, workforce planning models, and performance dashboards that create predictability in revenue and customer experience.
  • Drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring programs launch on time, on scope, and on return on investment targets.
  • Redesign workflows and leverage AI/CRM tools to reduce inefficiencies, minimize leakage, and increase conversion across inbound, outbound, and follow-up sales motions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Care to align go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Build the structural foundations to grow sales headcount, integrate new technologies, and scale without losing agility or culture.

Your experience should include...

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, or program management in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that drove measurable impact on revenue or sales efficiency.
  • Strong project management skills with a bias for action and ability to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with CRM, sales automation, and AI-powered tools preferred.
