What You Will Be Doing
As the
Business Development Lead (MENA)
you will be responsible for expanding Neros' footprint across the Middle East and North Africa. You will develop and execute engagement strategies with defence customers, build partnerships, and deliver sales results. The role is highly outward-facing and requires regular travel across the region to strengthen relationships, generate opportunities, and ensure Neros' technology is showcased effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Building the Neros engagement strategy across the MENA region.
  • Managing channel partners and distributor relationships.
  • Acting as the primary interface between Neros and end-users in MENA.
  • Generating both direct and indirect sales of Neros equipment.
  • Delivering flight demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and operator training.
  • Representing Neros at trials, customer engagements, and key industry events.
  • Scouting opportunities to partner with MENA-based companies to accelerate business growth.

You should have the following

  • 3+ years of experience working in the MENA region within the defense industry.
  • Proven experience working in or with defense/military organizations.
  • Strong understanding of FPV systems: how they are built, tuned, maintained, and flown.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA for customer support, training, and trials.

Nice to have

  • Experience working directly with military end-users in the sUAS/FPV domain.
  • 3+ years in defence procurement roles within the MENA region.
  • Deep network of military and government connections across MENA.
  • Experience leveraging US and allied defence interests in the region.
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, or related field).

US Salary Range
$90,000 - $125,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
