Our client, a very solid boutique firm thoughtfully adding to its team, is seeking an Employment Litigation Partner or Junior Partner–level attorney with 7–10+ years of employer-side employment litigation experience. The firm is steadily expanding its capabilities and client base, presenting an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator who values stability, professionalism, and the chance to contribute to a practice with a clear, sustainable growth trajectory. The firm's co-founders offer strong leadership grounded in collaboration, strategic thinking, and a genuine commitment to both clients and colleagues.

The position requires broad experience across the employment litigation landscape, including wrongful termination matters, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour disputes, retaliation and whistleblower actions, restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, ADA and FMLA issues, Title VII and state/local law claims, agency proceedings before the EEOC and DOL, and employment-related commercial disputes. Candidates should bring sound judgment, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to manage matters with confidence and professionalism.

While a portable book of business is certainly welcome, it is not required. The firm is focused on adding a skilled litigator who can integrate smoothly into a tight-knit environment and contribute meaningfully to ongoing growth. You will work closely with the co-founders, support existing client needs, and have the opportunity to develop your own practice within a supportive and well-managed platform.

Compensation includes a base salary of $180,000–$200,000, a robust bonus program, and a strong origination credit program for newly generated matters.
