Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Real Estate Acquisition:

  2. Identify, evaluate, and acquire new real estate properties aligned with company strategy.

  3. Manage lease negotiations, agreements, and documentation for new acquisitions.

  4. Tenant Management:

  5. Source, manage, and maintain relationships with tenants for existing properties.

  6. Address tenant queries and ensure high tenant satisfaction.

  7. Office Operations:

  8. Oversee office supplies, inventory, and daily administrative tasks.

  9. Handle incoming and outgoing postal mails and courier services.

  10. HR Support (US Employees):

  11. Assist US-based employees with HR queries, onboarding, and documentation.

  12. Vendor Management:

  13. Liaise with office and property vendors to ensure timely services and cost efficiency.

  14. Executive Support (CEO):

  15. Provide personal and professional assistance to the CEO while they are in the US.

  16. Schedule meetings, manage travel arrangements, and coordinate communications.
  17. Handle ad hoc executive tasks to ensure smooth workflow for CEO.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate acquisition, office administration, or executive assistance.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or CEOs is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of US HR processes is desirable.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
