Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.

Duties:

- Manage the front desk and greet visitors

- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff

- Enter in receipts for expense tracking

- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs

- Handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments

- Assist with human resources tasks, such as employee onboarding and performance evaluations

- Maintain office policies and procedures

- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Requirements:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to supervise and motivate a team

- Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices

- Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures
