About the Role

is hiring a Partnerships Manager to lead and build our creator partnerships, affiliate ecosystem, and B2B strategic partnerships from the ground up. You will:

  • Identify and close creator partners
  • Build a scalable affiliate and partnership program with creators
  • Develop co-marketing and co-selling motions
  • Create a "Genstore Partner Network" that drives long-term growth

Responsibilities

Detailed responsibilities:

  • Creator Partnerships
  • Identify creators in e-commerce, digital entrepreneurship, AI, productivity, and TikTok Shop niches.
  • Own the entire lifecycle: prospect → pitch → negotiate → activate → nurture.
  • Build creator partnership tiers (ambassadors, affiliates, strategic creators, educators).
  • Develop co-marketing programs: tutorials, creator challenges, store showcases, case studies.
  • Provide creators with content guidelines, talking points, and product access (not editing).
  • Track creator performance and optimize partnerships for recurring revenue impact.

  • Affiliate Program Management

  • Launch and manage the official Genstore Affiliate Program.
  • Build commission structures, onboarding flows, content kits, and monthly activations.
  • Recruit long-tail creators and niche micro-influencers into the affiliate ecosystem.
  • Manage payout operations, monthly reports, and incentive plans.
  • Grow the affiliate program into a scaled revenue channel.

  • B2B Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships with:
  • SaaS tools
  • creator economy platforms
  • AI tools
  • incubators and accelerators
  • agencies and consultants
  • Build structured co-marketing calendars: webinars, workshops, cross-promotions.
  • Support BD initiatives: integrations, reseller programs, channel partnerships.
  • Help build Genstore's "Partner Solutions Network."

  • Co-Marketing & Launch Support

  • Collaborate with GTM, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to execute joint campaigns.
  • Coordinate launch waves with creators & B2B partners simultaneously.
  • Create scalable partnership playbooks and documentation.

  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track creator ROI, partner impact, affiliate conversions, and MRR growth.
  • Define KPIs for creator partnerships and B2B alliances.
  • Report monthly and quarterly performance to leadership.

Qualifications

5–7 years in partnerships, creator partnerships, affiliate management, BD, or ecosystem development. Experience with both creator partnerships and B2B partnerships (must have at least one of each).

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and partnership management skills.
  • Deep understanding of creator ecosystems (YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, e-commerce tools, or AI products preferred.
  • Excellent communicator — clear, confident, and persuasive.
  • Highly organized, able to manage dozens of partners in motion at once.
  • Comfortable building systems and programs from scratch — zero-to-one mentality.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, early-stage environment.
