Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others. Bilingual abilities and experience in call center environments are highly valued. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist with data entry tasks related to customer accounts and interactions
  • Process transactions such as cash handling and order processing when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new services
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and support overall client satisfaction
  • Uphold excellent phone and in person etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support, call center, or client services roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong data entry and communication skills
  • Experience with outbound calling and call center operations is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
