  • Conduct online research and compile data into organized reports.
  • Handle email correspondence, screen inquiries, and draft responses.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and recordkeeping.
  • Provide customer service support via phone, email, or chat when needed.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments/messages.
  • Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 85% remote position with flexible working hours.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must have reliable internet connection, computer, and phone.
    • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative, clerical, or virtual assistant experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional training or coursework in business/administration a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana, TEAMS etc.).

  • Knowledge of social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva).
