Duties

  • Clean thoroughly — dust, mop, vacuum, sanitize, and polish with precision.
  • Maintain floors, windows, and all surfaces to perfection.
  • Organize rooms, handle laundry, and leave every space looking and feeling fresh.
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients.
  • Keep track of supplies and equipment, and always follow safety procedures.
  • Step up when challenges come up — solve problems and get the job done right.

Qualifications

  • Must be reliable and punctual — a dependable car is required to get to job sites.
  • Must be friendly, respectful, and professional with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills — able to handle changes or challenges calmly and efficiently.
  • Experience in cleaning or custodial work is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail — we take pride in perfection, not shortcuts.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and improve — we reward those who care and put in effort.
