About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Team Lead with proven door-to-door experience in roofing or construction. You'll recruit, train, and lead a small team of reps while driving revenue and maintaining Waypoint's high standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a D2D sales team
- Train reps on canvassing, lead generation, and customer communication
- Support field operations and help close deals when needed
- Maintain strong customer relationships through honesty and professionalism
- Work closely with ownership to strengthen sales processes and team performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of D2D experience in roofing or construction
- Previous leadership experience managing or mentoring sales reps
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Clean background
- Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to lead by example
Compensation
- $100,000–$155,000+ yearly earning potential
- Equity share in the company
- Performance bonuses and leadership overrides
