Accounting & Order Management Coordinator

Join Our Team at Branding House. Branding House is seeking an Accounting & Order Management Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable balancing accounting tasks with order and customer management.
You'll play a key part in ensuring our customers' orders, payments, and credits are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining smooth coordination between the accounting, sales, and fulfillment teams.
What You'll Do:
- Issue and process customer orders for fulfillment
- Track payments, credits, and open balances for accounts receivable
- Manage and document incoming returns and issue corresponding credit memos
- Apply customer payments and credits accurately in QuickBooks Online
- Manage a customer service platform and handle all incoming customer inquiries in a professional, timely manner
- Process refunds and update order information as needed
- Communicate with the sales team regarding customer inquiries, order discrepancies, or account issues
- Support accounting and operations teams with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets/Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in accounts receivable, order processing, or accounting support required
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 per hour
