The
Fieldprint Site Enhancement Coordinator
is responsible for ensuring that all sites within the Fieldprint network maintain the latest hardware, software, and operational policies. This role initiates and manages the deployment of technology enhancements and policy updates, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on site systems and equipment.

The Coordinator actively monitors and tracks adoption of both new and ongoing initiatives across the network to ensure maximum quality of services. The role provides Tier 2 support and delivers comprehensive training to site technicians on software, hardware, and Fieldprint Network policies. Acting as a key liaison between Fieldprint Sites, Operations, and Information Technology, this role ensures seamless communication and alignment across departments to optimize site functionality and drive successful implementation of new initiatives.

The Site Enhancement Coordinator also maintains detailed reporting and analysis on deployment progress, adoption rates, and network performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to Senior Management. Through proactive outreach, documentation, and continuous monitoring, this role ensures Fieldprint sites operate efficiently, remain compliant with company policies, and are equipped with the tools needed for sustained success.

This is an on site position located in Warminster, PA or Mt. Laurel, NJ. You must be able to travel between locations as well. The hours are 9am-5pm and the position pays $20hr.

  • Actively contacts and manages contact to Fieldprint network on deployment of new systems.
  • Serves as a key point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for site systems, ensuring consistency in configuration, functionality, and user experience.
  • Provides Tier 2 technical support to site technicians, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Proactively communicates with site personnel to ensure understanding, adoption, and compliance with new initiatives.
  • Coordinates closely with Operations and IT to ensure deployments are executed efficiently and align with company standards.
  • Develops and delivers training materials, guides, and live or virtual sessions for site staff on new technologies, hardware, software, and policy updates.
  • Promotes best practices and provides clear instructions to support site adoption and performance.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships across sites to encourage engagement and feedback.
  • Acts as a liaison between Fieldprint Sites, Operations, and Information Technology to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Tracks adoption and compliance of new initiatives across the network and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of deployments, performance metrics, and site feedback.
  • Compiles and provides regular reports to Senior Management summarizing progress, outcomes, and key challenges.
  • Monitors network performance to ensure compliance with Fieldprint standards and policy requirements.
  • Assists in documenting and refining operational procedures to improve efficiency and consistency across the network.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate and enhance site performance and policy implementation processes.
  • Contributes to the ongoing development of internal tools, resources, and communication strategies.
  • Ethical conduct and compliance with the Fieldprint Inc. Code of Conduct.

  • Proficiency in M.S. Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and an insured, working vehicle or other reliable transportation to go to Company offices and other locations.
  • Must complete ISO competency tests.
  • Must also complete department specific training competencies and corporate security training.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, a college degree is preferred
