Holman Recon Center has an outstanding opportunity for a Photographer/Intake Coordinator to join their team and the Holman FamilyThe Vehicle Intake & Imaging Specialist is responsible for managing incoming vehicles from transport, ensuring accurate documentation, and preparing vehicles for online listing. This role involves using VUMO software to capture high-quality images of vehicles and upload them to the company website, supporting the overall reconditioning and sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vehicle Intake:
- Receive and inspect incoming vehicles from transport carriers.
- Verify VIN, condition, and transport documentation for accuracy.
- Report any discrepancies or damage immediately.
- Documentation & System Updates:
- Complete intake documentation and update internal systems.
- Ensure all vehicle details (year, make, model, mileage) are correctly recorded.
• Photography & VUMO Software:
- Use VUMO software to capture and upload high-quality images of vehicles.
- Follow company standards for photo angles and image quality.
- Ensure timely posting of vehicles to the website for customer viewing.
• Coordination:
- Assist with vehicle staging for photography and online presentation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of vehicle identification and condition assessment.
Familiarity with photography and image editing tools; experience with VUMO software a plus.
Relevant Work Experience:
- 2-4 years' professional experience in photography, preferably in an automotive industry setting or with vehicles as a primary subject
- Proficiency in using professional photography equipment, including DSLR camaras, lenses, lighting equipment, and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
- Experiencing in editing and retouching photographs to enhance their quality and appeal while maintaining authenticity
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and trends in photography, including best practices for showcasing vehicles effectively
- Proficiency in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
- Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required
- Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security

Regular Full-Time

Pay:
