We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join Hyundai MOBIS IT team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of our technology systems, supporting our business goals and objectives. This role will work at MOBIS, Savannah Plant (MSV).
Responsibilities(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
1. IT Infrastructure Operation Management:
- Manage IT infrastructure, including desktop, server, storage, backup, UPS, LAN/WAN, switches, and data center facilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems promptly to minimize downtime
- Conduct procurement of IT infrastructure assets
- Collaborate with server, storage, and network equipment vendors to troubleshoot incidents as needed
2. IT Service Desk & Deskside support:
- Serve as an IT help desk and deskside support agent, handling complex PC-related issues for end users
- Support IT technicians in delivering high-quality deskside services and resolving user concerns effectively
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including account creation, hardware setup, and initial IT access
- Maintain and deploy standardized PC images to ensure consistency and efficiency across all devices
- Design and deliver IT orientation and training sessions to equip new users with essential tools and knowledge
3. IT Infrastructure Project Execution:
- Execute infrastructure expansion or upgrade projects to support company growth
- Coordinate IT Infrastructure Project with global HQ and partner project teams
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Adhere to IT policies and procedures to safeguard the company's infrastructure and data
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations, network diagrams, operational procedures, and asset inventories; conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Generate detailed reports on system performance, security incidents, and infrastructure upgrades

Qualifications(The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role in a corporate environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture, components, and communication protocols
- Extensive hands-on experience with end-user computing environments, including laptops, desktops, Microsoft 365, and MECM
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, core principles, and industry-standard best practices
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and advanced technical troubleshooting skills
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bilingual speaker (English and Korean) is a plus.
