Job Summary
This contractor will be working within the Planview Connected Solution and Planview Portfolios. Responsible for developing, coordinating, facilitating and implementing moderately complex processes and/or process improvements. They will analyze business, services, and/or platforms in order to make improvements to moderately complex processes and Planview configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitation of process meetings
  • Recommends changes for continuous process improvements and optimization
  • Conducts research of potential process improvements and analyzes data to develop and make recommendations for process solutions
  • Coordinates the implementation and maintenance of processes and toolsets
  • Conducts post-implementation reviews and utilizes metrics to determine success of new or enhanced processes.
  • Will help to facilitate resource planning while projects are in early planning phase
  • Provide weekly updates on progress for assigned work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree of higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math) and a minimum of four years of work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement or IT Project Management positions.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement or IT project management positions.
