We're seeking a Mechanical Field Engineer with a mechanical background to support project management teams throughout the construction lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic environment while gaining exposure to complex commercial mechanical systems.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist Project Managers with coordination, scheduling, procurement, and documentation
  • Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project drawings for accuracy and compliance
  • Track and manage equipment and material delivery schedules
  • Support jobsite coordination with field teams and subcontractors
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates
  • Maintain project logs, reports, and documentation for internal and client use
  • Help ensure quality control and safety compliance on active job sites
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in mechanical construction, HVAC, or plumbing preferred
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Smartsheet is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across the DMV region
