About the role

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Sales Account Manager to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. As our Account Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding and strengthening our wholesale and retail partnerships across North America. You'll lead the charge within your territory, identifying new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and ensuring our brand continues to thrive in the beauty industry.

From the first pitch to securing purchase orders, you'll manage the full sales cycle, building relationships with key players in the professional nail space. You'll also represent The GelBottle Inc with pride and professionalism, acting as a trusted brand ambassador and championing our values in every interaction.

  • Prospect, onboard, and grow wholesale and retail accounts across North America.
  • Drive product assortment strategy, ensuring new product development is reflected in partner offerings.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners to support long-term success.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and consultations to key decision-makers.
  • Track sales performance, provide regular forecasts, and meet defined revenue targets.
  • Represent TGB at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events, both virtually and in person.

About you:

You'll bring solid experience in account management or sales, and have confidence building relationships and navigating complex conversations. You'll be organised, solutions-focused, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.

  • 4+ years' experience in account management or a related sales role
  • Proven success in customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Based in California or Portland, Oregon
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
