Alcohol Monitoring Technician

Hourly Pay Range: $19-$19.50

The Alcohol Monitoring Technician is a position requiring significant flexibility, availability and good judgement. It is responsible for assisting with the day to day operation of alcohol monitoring services being purchased from Reliant Monitoring Services by customers. Critical duties include:

  • installing and servicing alcohol monitoring devices,
  • liasioning between clients, attorneys and court officials upon request from management
  • assisting with the handling of payment compliance
  • managing, maintaining and organizing monitoring equipment
  • performing general case management duties as needed
  • occasionally assisting with other type of monitoring or office duties upon request from management

Work is expected to involve 20-24 hrs per week. Almost all work is completed in office locally, however, some services are performed at residences or offices in the greater Triangle region by appointment. Gasoline and some maintenance compensation is provided for travel required to complete required work in the field.
