Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems within our facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HVAC Installation & Maintenance:
    Install, service, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with operational requirements.
  • System Monitoring & Diagnostics:
    Perform routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    Adhere to all safety procedures and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate and detailed service and maintenance records.
  • Preventive Maintenance:
    Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Cross-Functional Support:
    Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to provide technical support, especially during system failures or emergency repairs.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Maintain clear logs, documentation, and service reports to support continuous improvement and audit readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an HVAC Technician; experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and heating systems.
  • Relevant HVAC certifications and/or licensure required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including high heat, humidity, and confined spaces.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, bending, climbing ladders, and performing hands-on technical tasks.
