What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Assist with enforcing site-specific policies and procedures related to access control.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting employees and visitors as needed.
• Respond to incidents and security-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities.
• Document and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support emergency response activities as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitors, incidents, and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
