Job Description
As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Driver in Research Triangle Park, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, remaining highly visible, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and information as needed.Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities.Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address concerns and support a secure environment.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
