A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Sales-Focused Customer Service Representative, you will manage inbound and outbound contact center activities to book appointments, support marketing campaigns, and drive sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

  • Answer inbound calls to book and reschedule appointments while supporting customer marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to schedule appointments, generate leads, and drive sales opportunities.
  • Act as a Product and Services Consultant, providing expert advice to customers to encourage product and service purchases.
  • Drive sales performance through appointment scheduling, upselling, cross-selling, and generating new business opportunities.
  • Overcome objections and handle challenging conversations with confidence and professionalism to secure commitments.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to overall team success.
  • Provide a customer-friendly booking experience by confirming appointment details, explaining store location and hours, and answering questions.
  • Collect and update customer information on booking tools, including caregiver details when applicable.
  • Collaborate with client shops to provide accurate information, resolve issues, and finalize appointments.
  • Promote the features and benefits of client products and services to strengthen customer relationships and increase sales.
  • Perform follow-up callbacks for missed inbound calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointment details, and sales progress within the client system.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Bring

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a strong and consistent work history.
  • 1+ years of call center experience in inbound/outbound sales, tele sales, collections, lead generation, or BPO campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication skills — clear speaking, active listening, and professionalism when engaging with customers.
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence, persuasive/negotiation ability, and sensitivity when speaking with customers with hearing loss.
  • Experience using sales scripts, objection handling, and adaptive selling techniques to close deals.
  • A results-driven mindset, with proven success meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales goals.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple campaigns/programs at once.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Notepad, and internet research tools.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (a plus but not required).
  • A commitment to confidentiality, punctuality, and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled 8-hour shifts during our current hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Ability to begin training on November 10, 2025.
