Project Coordinator

Felix Construction Company is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to project management teams, ensure smooth organization and documentation of project tasks throughout the project lifecycle, and increase the project managers' capacity to maintain consistent project results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Set up and maintain electronic project folders
- Draft purchase orders and subcontracts for review
- Organize vendor submittals using Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam
- Assist with payment application documentation
- Track business enterprise requirements
- Provide data entry and tracking support
- Organize data for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
- Maintain historical project data
Who You Are
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Administrative experience in heavy construction or engineering preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word; Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret business documents
- Basic math and reasoning skills
