Job Title: Remote Project Coordinator

Hourly Pay: $26 - $32/hour

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support our project management team and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. In this role, you will assist with organizing project activities, tracking progress, and providing administrative support. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and eager to work on a variety of projects, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers and Project Leads in planning, coordinating, and executing projectsTrack project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completionPrepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and status updatesCommunicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address issuesHelp coordinate meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items

Monitor and update project timelines, resources, and budgets

Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other related documentation

Support the resolution of project-related issues and bottlenecks

Assist with project reporting and presentation preparation for leadership and clients

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in an administrative/project support role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

A proactive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset
