Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Westbury, NY. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include managing customer support interactions via phone, providing assistance with orders, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining professional and courteous phone etiquette while resolving customer concerns efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
- Proficiency in delivering Customer Satisfaction and problem resolution
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
