Compensation:

$100,000 at planned earnings yearly

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to gather detailed financial information and create personalized profiles, enabling tailored advice that reflects their income, goals, and overall financial picture.
• Contribute as a supportive team member while actively pursuing growth through ongoing training and professional development.
• Proactively build and strengthen relationships with prospective clients by establishing yourself as their go-to financial resource.
• Design customized financial strategies that adapt to clients' evolving life stages, careers, and financial priorities.
• Recommend thoughtful solutions—including products, plans, and investment strategies—to guide clients toward reaching their objectives.
• Obtain Life and Health certification within 45 days of hire.

Qualifications:

• Long Island/Queens candidates only.
• Previous Sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to commute to Hauppauge, Long Island, for training.
